The Business Process
These are the main stages to work with Cellresin Technologies:
1. Mutual non-disclosure agreement. This first step in the process allows both parties to openly discuss product enhancements and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
2. Evaluation Agreement. Cellresin does an initial proof-of-concept study in an effort to meet your application objectives. Modified product is sent to you for evaluation of performance.
3. Product development. The technology is optimized to meet your specific material needs and application. Additional development may then be completed following mutually agreed upon project plans with the customert sharing in the cost of the project.
4. License agreement. An application specific license agreement, including a license fee and royalty, is negotiated for the rights to Cellresin's technology.
